All the well-heeled and well-heeled in Spain:
I start this presentation clarifying whom exactly is addressed to, and who is out of my queries, keep reading and can take its time more productively elsewhere, whom doing otherwise will undoubtedly create an insane jealousy.
I mean all the well-heeled and well-heeled of real Spain, and leave out all those who have lost their little money in the Exchange are like to think they are Capitalists. No sir, this project is aimed at those who "act as if they were one, once they decide to withdraw their" nest egg "of the Spanish' stock market, and thereby make the Ibex 35 down 10 percentage points in one day. For these and not for others is intended my statement.
Well-heeled and well-heeled gentlemen in TRUTH, this project who are now between your hands greatly interest you all, read on.
The Civic Platform whose strings I direct, plans to crearles in lawsuits, for their exclusive use and exclusive, a tax haven. I have no doubt that many questions will be assaulted head now, step by attempting to answer concisely below:

What the hell is "Pleitas"?
This is for me the simplest question to answer, so I do because I know Pleitas since my childhood.
Pleitas is a small but beautiful town of about 65 people located just 35 kilometers from the capital of Aragon (Zaragoza). We have water and irrigated land, moreover, an aging population but friendly, eager to finally see his people grow (take a lifetime waiting ...).

What is a Tax Haven? (For the uninitiated).
Step to answer this question because I know full well that some of you are so filthy rich and dumb to not even take the money you have and instead hire hard workers specializing in money saving and evading taxes everywhere.
Gentlemen, a Tax Haven is the place to go when you want your wealth, so arguably won - [working honestly nobody is got rich, my grandmother used to say] - are shared with citizens who have helped generating them.

Why a tax haven in the middle of Spain, with so many elsewhere?
Well, I tell you, it's True but ours has a special attraction: it islocated only 35 km from Zaragoza and less than 300km from Barcelona, Madrid, Bilbao, Valencia and Toulouse (or as they write it).
That means that the AVE that our government has made exclusively for you and your senior managers [the hard workers and hard workers in Spain can afford nothing of it] Pleitas is 1 hour away from your very homes (and all this without the need to NOT EVEN HAVE TO TAKE A PLANE! How cool is it, isn't it?!!!!).
An hour and may be monitored in situ all banking transactions, or leave the jewels safe in your gorgeous and stunning lovers, or bribes to politicians with politic power, It's worthy, believe me.

Moreover, little is curren what is sure to get the government to make a stop on purpose for my people (the means spend a mere 2 km from town). Thus, no longer have to reach Zaragoza Delicias station and join the mob.
A poll released just a few months ago stated that the amount of black money that is currently moving in Aragon is one of four euros [in the rest of Spain does not even have dared to rectify], well that little money will have to launder , and for that very same we are here.
Surely now, having a tax haven as next to your home begins to look like a good idea ... keep reaiding
Pleitasino or Baltense Sovereign Movement (the latter I like the most)
The first thing we need to get away with it, is that litigation is logically independent to do what we please (or rather, what they come to you in wins) within our borders.
The United Nations has assumed since once a set of criteria to recognize the sovereignty of a country (although these do not always work, see the unfortunate examples of Palestine and Western Sahara) does seem to be more effective when it comes encourage large capital movements, as it will be our case.
These criteria are broadly known:

The existence of a culture and history of the people of that nationality: In terms of history have ours (see Wikipedia), and good in terms of culture, let's just say some more than others, but we all know more or less to write without spelling errors, with that I think all we need.

The use of a common language: to strive, as in other villages in the area (Redolada) Castilian is the gibberish peppered with words Navarro-Aragonese, is what is pejoratively termed by scholars as the Aragonese dialect or "parla baturra ".
Do not worry because all but a few words from the field and little else understand perfectly. In my town does not say "bird" but bird or birds, and similar expressions that you always have so much grace to the cosmopolitan.

A drive or a deeply rooted sense of nationalism: This, although I have to admit that there is not yet in my town, I understand that does not prevent the continuation of our project sovereign.
I mean, I draw on previous experiences from other jurisdictions to argue that when money enters the minds of my countrymen now baltenses neighbors and soon, his sense of nationalism emerge as well as his standard of living, as, in fact, it already happened with Catalans and Basques in the past.
And it was not until the late nineteenth century Catalan and Basque, awakened by the industrialization of their territories, taking fully aware of its "distinguishing fact" (noticed the vast differences that separated them from other Peninsular peoples: they wear shoes and others went in sandals, to give just one example of such tremendous "cultural" differences justified and warranted since then by Constitutional agreements).

Fiscal measures for an independent future:
Well, since the criteria set sovereigntists UN to achieve our dream of independence, there remains the great lines of our future financial arrangements. This is what happened to below:
The first note it is interesting to note is that in litigation, we do not set any record of income tax from residents (you can establish yourself here without any commitment)-type personal income tax nor Spanish to non-residents.
If we create an opaque system that disables the tribute of our "bank customers, it is best for us not to force and not to tax, but not to provide us information about your money. The less we know, the better..
Nor do we impose any tax on the type of companies or soiling, or whatever they are called at the rate that records their profits based you do the nasty on the payroll of workers and their violated rights.
All that capital is for free, more selfish and arbitrary provision, no interest.

• The only conditions we waste size of generosity are just two:

1. The contracts of workers employed for Bank delegations must be Pleitas villagers, has been done with people who are native to the local (qualified people to count bills-one is even able to count sheep, something far more complicated if one considers that they move as they are told. Well, your money does it to does not it? Hehehe. Do not worry, We do not tell anyone.).

2. The registration of all vehicles from our customers, we perform in our small country (with this, it is not small feat, and the gas station that we put in the entrance of the village know that the thing will forward [The Porsches, Ferraris, Lamborghinis, etc, all gasoline consumed untalented oil].

To the Banks
The following contents of this statement is specifically designed for the large private banks in the Spanish financial tissue, which are today and, thanks to us (their suffered customers ) some of the largest ones in the world.
"Dear" Banks, our project is based on your ability to open branches in Pleitas to so dark you can access your "Clients", as you have seen already, we do not move as the profit motive, -not at least as much as you - but we are satisfied with the compliance of the colon and seen, and all so that our people have a life again, and breathe in the streets wth enthusiasm and optimism.
As we have seen, too, our town has people on staff to meet their delegations and branches. And financially, this project seems a very viable insurance. It is not necessary to keep open yourbranches in Andorra or Gibraltar anymore (in Andorra I Had been to a year ago and then proliferated like mushrooms just as people thrive in old poplar do), probably with what has already been committed we will comply as best they can do for you .

Regarding our sovereigntist objective we need your help, which we have no doubt you'll offer to us and that for two reasons meanly:

1 ° Because this operation is a bargain for you.
2 ° Because alongside other things that have you gotten lately (such as getting a government that is called "socialist" make a labor reform [or should I call it "liberal reform"]? so backward and right handed as anyone has seen in Europe before) , our little project has to look a "peccadillo."

Conclusion:

We assume we have the support of you all, patients and affluent readers. We look forward to contact your lawyers, economists and other conspirators to advise us on the most interested and practical way to implement our common project.

Greetings without anymore,
